A sonorous journey to the heart of the wild

Something is stirring in the wild! Orchestrating the Wild is a full-length album of symphony orchestra works composed by Sarah Bassingthwaighte and performed by the London Symphony Orchestra. Over 55 minutes, you’ll soar with sparrows, take in stunning views from a mountaintop, feel the air sizzle with insects, and feel the spray of the ocean as you crash against the rocks.  This is a sonic journey through the wilds of the Pacific Northwest, with one of the world’s leading orchestras.
